We are trialling a new triage system on Mondays. This is for urgent, same day matters. You will be called back by a GP that morning who will either help you over the phone or bring you in for an appointment if necessary. We believe this is a fairer way of booking urgent appointments than a “first come, first served” basis, where patients with the greatest need may be the ones who struggle to access appointments. If this is successful, we plan to introduce it through the week. You can still book routine appointments in the usual way.
