Comments and complaints

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about the service we provide, please write or speak to one of the doctors or the Practice Manager (Jacqueline Dickenson).

If our service falls short of your expectations and you have a problem or wish to make a complaint we give the following undertaking:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint, in writing within two working weeks
  • We will make a written response within two working weeks from the acknowledgement
  • We will offer to discuss your complaint with the Practice Manager
  • We will offer you the opportunity to discuss your complaint with a doctor
  • If, despite our efforts, you think your complaint has not been dealt with adequately, we will advise you how you may pursue your complaint elsewhere
