Repeat prescriptions

If you need a regular prescription, the doctor may organise this as a “repeat prescription”. The computer will print a reorder form next to your prescription. You can order a repeat prescription in various ways:

  1. By ticking the medication you need on your repeat prescription slip and dropping it into reception
  2. Speak to a local pharmacy, most of which will be able to arrange to pick up prescriptions on your behalf
  3. Ordering online. Please ask at reception to register or follow this link

We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Please allow two working days for the prescription to be ready.

If you enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope we will gladly post the prescription to you.

You will still need a regular medication review, usually annually; this “review due date” is shown on the reorder form.
