Practice area

Our practice area / boundary (below) runs from the North East of the city centre and continues either side of Woodborough Road including Mapperley Park, Mapperley and Woodthorpe. Please be aware that only a certain section of the city centre is within the practice boundary and only certain sections of St Ann’s and Sherwood  sit inside this practice area. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot accept new patients from outside the practice area.

Home visits, urgent treatment and additional community services cannot be guaranteed if you move away from our practice area.  For this reason you will be asked to register with a GP whose practice area covers your new address. Unfortunately there can be very little discretion by the practice on this decision as our key priority is to ensure that patients are able to access the care they may require.
