PPG Structure

The Full PPG

• Meets 12 weekly at the Victoria Health Centre
• Includes Dr Nightingale and the Practice Manager as representatives of the Practice
• Open to all PPG members
• Is the senior decision-making forum for the PPG
• Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership.

The PPG Action Group

• Meets monthly
• Membership is drawn from the PPG membership
• Is responsible for the day-to-day running of the PPG
• Individual members take lead responsibility for specific work tasks
• Implements decisions made by the Full PPG
• Generates initiatives and identifies priorities that need further discussion at the Full PPG
• Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership
